Many of the award-winning wineries in the Bickley/Carmel Valley and Pickering Brook produce a range of high-quality sparkling wines that will perfectly pair with any menu you have in mind.

Methode Champenoise 2011 Sparkling Pinot Noir

Made in the traditional method and bottle-fermented with a minimum of four years lees maturation. A delicate and dry sparkling wine with an intense fruit bouquet and distinct Pinot Noir characteristics. Creamy bubbles enhance the sustained power of the rich flavours on the palate.

La Fattoria

Sparkling Vermentino 2018

Vermentino is a white wine variety that maintains low natural sugar levels and excellent natural acidity even in the warmer weather of the Perth Hills – perfect for a sparkling white wine.

Sparkling Pignoletto 2017

Pignoletto is a white wine grape, that is a very adaptable, rather rustic grape that can produce good wines in the hills of Emilia-Romagna. The name probably comes from the Italian word pignaor meaning pinecone because of the compact pinecone shape of its bunches. Pignoletto can show wonderful white floral aromas, ripe apple-y fruit, and crisp acidity. This acidity makes it perfect for sparkling wines.

Tonon Vineyard & Winery

2018 Seven Sticks Prosecco | 2016 Vermentino Sparkling

The Tonon Prosecco and Vermentino Sparkling wines are produced, from hand-harvested estate-grown fruit, in the Traditional Method (or 'Metodo Classico') at the winery in Carmel. Each wine is bottle fermented for a minimum of 12 months, riddled and disgorged by hand. The bottles are sealed with a Champagne cork + muselet (wire cage), a sparkling hood and a label.
